Doreal hotel

We were booked into a family room. We asked to be moved to a another room as it was to big. Also we requested a special request as it was my birthday. On our arrival we were moved to a twin smaller room. It seems doreal can do as they wish and move people around to suit certain people. As a customer I should be contacted prior anything. When calling the manager he is not around. Doreal makes it self to be 5 star service however it’s a 1 star. Maybe because I am black is what’s happening, I am so disappointed and ****ed coz it’s my birthday and **** like this has to happen. I’m an Emperors’s player and this is what I get. Your speedy response will be highly appreciated.
