Do not cater for vegetarian less

Don't even deserve a 1 star. When we booked in the merlot hotel we specified we are vegetarian and we were not specifically catered for. The meat stuff was in excess. The chef gave a don't care attitude, appalling. Specify you don't cater for vegetarians, specify that you expect us to eat the baked beans mushroom and potatoes. Very disappointing
