Dissatisfied

I'm very dispoint in loyalty to Ur customer since I become a gold card member I've put is thousands of rand not even takeng home a fair share and this is been over a few year yesterday I put in r6000 not even winning once or getting any prize on machine in 4 locations i gave backy card at Ur VIP kiosk as Im done paying Ur staff salary and not even been recognized even the lady could not even call manager to assist
