Disgusting, shocking not looked after

<p>Where do i start? We get given BLACK CARDS because spend sufficiently. NOT ONCE have we walked out with a white bag? We have been gambling in prive for 15 years? Our personal host is not doing his job, does not come to us, we have complained about pay outs (well the whole prive) is complaining that the machines are set to a very very low pay out to make sure you feed them and dropping big bucks to get NO PROMOTIONAL POINTS AT ALL!! i will not promote black cards. 90% of the prive is waiting for Menlyn to open go drop our money there. The food is shocking, can not believe this is what's been served to high rollers!!!!</p>
