DISGUSTING SERVICE AT THE METCOURT HOTEL

I have booked 2 rooms to stay at metcourt check in 31 dec and check out 02 Jan.

However I had to cancel my stay due to the lack of service from the hotel staff and of the hotel being in a disgusting condition.

The room was filthy, the toilet and room floor was sticky, around the bath tub was dirt, the carpet was not cleaned, under the dresser was a whole lot of dirt just lying there, the dresser was sticky.

My breakfast slot was for 10-11. When we went down for breakfast the queue was coming out of the hotel. This was at 10:30

What time does the hotel expect me to have breakfast? At lunch time?

My parents went down for breakfast at 07:00 there was no coffee until 07:30.

I'm completely disgusted by this.

I had spoken to Avi and he said all he can say and do is say sorry.

I had paid for My rooms with breakfast. We have not had breakfast but it was paid for. This is just robbing me.

I cant believe how cheap emperors palace can be.

I would like the operations manager to contact me regarding this urgently as I'm taking this to social media to show others what time of service you get at emperors palace.
