Disgusting Service

I am so sick of Emperors, it is just problems. I play outside as well as in the Prive. On Saturday I went and first played outside and then went to the Prive. I was in the Prive from 1pm to 6pm and only managed to get 1 cup of coffee out of them. I went to draw money and the machine gave an error and I had to redraw, I then saw that the money went of twice, I went to speak to the cashier and he said with a huge attitude just to wait a couple of minutes it will reverse. I then went to draw money another hour later and told them it has not been reversed yet and I was told to wait. I sent Emperors and e-mail on Sunday and to date no response. I need this sorted asap. Also majority of the dealers lately are always either rude, deaf or half a sleep. I sometime have to tell the dealer what is going on as they are falling asleep, I would ask for chip change, they would give me the wrong chips. Or they will just have that look of how they hate being here. This is really pathetic service from a Prive, I went to Carnival during last week, I had not have to wait longer than 5 minutes for a drink. All the dealers were awake and friendly and happy to be there (or at least pretented). Also I have not received anything on my birthday and was told the reason for it is because they do not have my details. When I went to the desk to check my details, they had everything. Also please get rid of the beggers and stop entertaining them.
