Disgusting customer service from Peermont Metcourt agent

I spoke to a guy named Fortune today who was extremely rude and unpleasant, he dropped the phone in my ear while I was trying to make amendments to my booking. Can his manager please contact me, he is giving the hotel a poor image and lacks customer service in every aspect!!!!
