Disappointed

Tried to buy tickets through TicketPro for the Christmas Palace, but never got my tickets. Couldn't reach anyone at TicketPro or Emperors Palace to assist me. As organisers should you not ensure that reputable companies are used to sell tickets. This is just not acceptable. I lost my money, and from all the other reviews I saw, will not get a refund.
