Disappointed!

Tried making a hotel reservation, the website is not user-friendly however managed to book on Booking.com, staff are unprofessional & *********** when answering calls, nobody could tell that my booking reflected on the system, utterly shocked at the system you guys operate with. The lack of customer care is shocking. Had to shout a woman over the ph out of frustration before she sent me proof that my booking was reflecting and confirmed. Very upset and disappointed with the service.
