Customer service at it's best
We all dread having to deal with companies via email or telephone, especially when we're in a rush for answers and results. However, Jacques Havenga, the HR coordinator has given a service that outshines any I have received to date. I contacted HR to finalise a provident fund payment, and Jacques has been on the ball since, informative and quick to respond. He keeps you in the loop constantly and makes you feel like your query takes priority. I feel he is a great asset to the HR department of Emperors Palace and I also feel he deserves recognition for his professionalism and great attitude.
