Complaint About Slot Manager Charles Louw and bad payout on Machines

Dear Mr Ledwaba

Again am very dissatisfied with the respect that your Slot Manager has with Black Card Clients.

I walked passed him and told him I am losing 30k a week and he turns around and tells me thank you for paying the tyres on my car and all the VIP guests that was with him laughed.

I was in a meeting with you and this is not the first time I have complained about Charles and his mannerism. The previous complaint against him was "gambling is only for entertainment" which you did not approve of? Is this now personal? Am I not a VIP guest?. Am I losing my money to put tyres on the slot Managers vehicle? It could have been a joke but to embaress and humiliate me in that manner is unacceptable.

I have many Black Card Holders and other on my WhatsApp and I will be broadcasting this to them.

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at your Casino tonight.

I trust you will take this matter seriously.

I am expecting a response within 24 hours.
