CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY BY EMPERORS PALACE!!!!

I am so upset and livid with Emperors Palace after experiencing such a horrible ordeal with them. Last night I decided to go and gamble a bit and to my excitement I have won. After cashing out and going home I have discovered this morning that some of my notes(money) was torn, and most of it are kept together with sellotape, and on one of the notes the whole corner is torn off, I called Emperors Palace this morning to inform them about the notes, after being put through from one person to another, I finally got to speak to a lady with the name of Palesa who then informed me that the manager was busy and advised me that they will phone me back. Finally I received a call from Bongani Dhlwati who was asking for my details again after giving it to several people already, he informed me that they are busy investigating the matter and put the phone down. Minutes later I received another call from some manager called Desmond Van Huesden, who then told me that they saw me cashing out last night, I assumed they were busy watching the camera footage. What ****ed me off so badly is that Desmond accused me of replacing the Notes(money) with these horrible notes that I have now, I went during my lunch time to the bank to see if I could change the money, even the bank is declining these notes, The most sad part was when he told me I must bring the money back, I must travel all the way back from Pretoria to Johannesburg for my own money that was cheated out of me!!! He then told me that if I bring the money I should leave it with the cashiering manager on duty, he will come back on Monday and check it and then decide “where we stand with each other”(his exact words). I never thought something like this could happen because it’s not our first time going there, let alone check our money when we done cashing out because the machine is counting the money anyway.(who would’ve thought that Emperors Palace will give us false and torn notes that we can’t use after winning. Right now I am sitting with money that I cannot use and Emperors Palace refused to help me, never mind offering to exchange my money. I am very disgusted and disappointed in Desmond and Bongani for their incompetence regarding this matter, it’s horrible to say the least. I would advise people that when cashing out, please check your money to make sure something like this does not happen to you, its sad and frustrating at the same time,
