Central Booking online not working properly

I tried to make a booking online at Metcourt Suites. When asked for room preference smoking or not smoking the system does not allow me to choose. I phoned and firstly the telephone wasn't answered after being transferred to new bookings, then I was informed by the operator that I have to accept the telephone rates because it's not an online booking therefore not get the 5% discount online.<br> <br> I asked if it was my problem that their system is not working properly and was told that I should try again. I tried like 10 times before phoning them and it does not allow me to choose the preference!<br> <br> I know it's a mere 5% discount but I honestly expected better service from what is supposed to be a world class venue!
