Bingo, Sunday 11 December 2016 - what a disaster!!!

<p>Firstly, the gentleman that called the Bingo on Sunday, 11 December 2016 was not clear at all, he was pathetic (he has called many a time and I have not been impressed with him) but Sunday was the pits!! You could not make out what he was saying and kept making jokes and a number would come out in between, he seemed to be swallowing his words and not opening his mouth when talking!! It was not only me that was not happy with his calling but quite a few other people too - I told them they must also put in a complaint. Also, I think it is totally disrespectful when the numbers are being called the music is being played so loud throughout the casino, we missed the first 5 numbers!! I happened to hear him saying 123 and then 321 and then 231 and he was playing the fool because the first three numbers were a 1 2 and 3, not in that order though. Please do something about your Bingo callers!!! We are playing for big sums of money and it is not something to mess around and joke with, also turn the music down or off when Bingo is being played. On behalf of me and many others in case they don't report it!!</p>
