Best casino in the world

A few weeks ago the system at Emperors were off line. When we arrived the staff apologized and we were offered us free drinks. An hour later we decided to go to Carnival City. Emperors Palace as always been our casino of choice but we decided to give Carnival City a try. What a horrible experience ... That evening we realized what an amazing Casino Emperors palace is.

1. We feel safe at Emperors. Casino security is always on the gamblimg floor. There is NO drunk people sitting / sleeping at machine. We park at the Black Card parking and the parking is secure and security and car wash is always friendly.

2. The waiters on casino floor are friendly and helpful and we never have to wait for n nice cold drink.

3. Staff at MVG desk never gets irritated with me if I need a new card (this happens weekly because I sometimes forget my card at home)

4. Restaurants at Emperors are all amazing. From Tribe to Ocean Basket to Spur staff and foods are awesome.

5. Entertainment for kids excellent. Now that our boys are older they can go to a gaming lounge and have a great time. They can watch movies , drink milkshakes etc.

6. The best is Rousetto's food and service.

7. We visit Octivia spa monthly .... An out of this world experience every time.

EMPERORS PALACE you are the best casino with the WORST coffee But thats okay we are gamblers and we enjoy everything else.
