Bad service

I stayed at Metcourt recently. It was the worst experience yet. We were really disappointed the service and quality of the hotel had dropped so drastically. I emailed the PRO while on premises, to no avail... She has still not responded. The room was also not clean the curtains should be discarded of. I did the survey when I left and they scored low, till now no one has contacted me. Its not cheap to stay there.
