Asked to share a bad with another person.

We booked accomodation and I ended up sharing a room with a collegue. I requested for the bed to be separated and I was told that's not an option. The matter was escalated the the manager on duty by the name of Mthabiseng who promised that the issue will be resolved. Later in the evening I went back to the room nothing was done. The excuse was there are not enough blanket available to separate the 2 beds.
