Are we funding a financial struggle...?

I'm appalled by Emperors palace! The fun, lower denomination tables have been removed, there seems to be a shortage of waiters. I was playing Roulette and asked for a drink, I waited for an hour to receive one. The toilets smell and need maintenance, the draws seem unfair - a million tickets to my few... It just feels like we are funding a financial struggle, all the fun has been taken away from a place that was so exciting to come to a couple of years ago...
