A ******* gambling experience at emperors palace.

I have been coming to casino for quite sometime as a black card player. The last few months have been dismal. It is in fact impossible to not get a single win after spending the money I have. Not one spin on any machine played on. Recieved freeplay for birthday. My playing card got consistently stuck. Funds would not transfer. Had to remove my card and replace many times, before I could play. I'm writing this review to advise people not to play their hard earned money at the palace. Imagine playing 10000 on a machine and not getting a single free spin. Simply is not statistically possible. This has been the experience on more than one occasion as well. Please do not come to Emperors palace. It is blatantly clear the machines are in fact rigged. Regardless of what they tell you. I myself will no longer spend money. They are now truly taking advantage of people in very tough times. STAY AWAY FROM EMPERORS PALACE.

Yet another dismal experience from the palace. Sitting down for a dinner as a black card holder which is a privilege afforded to black card players. Only to be advised by Phillip one of the guys on duty that we haven't played enough to get food. This after playing around 3000. How is that not enough play? Most disgusted and truly the final straw. Threw away the card.
