4 Star Hotel and aircon not working
We stayed over in the Mondior hotel. Half past 12 my husband got up and inform the reception the air con in our room is not working. They called someone to assist, When the guy arrived, the excuse was that the lights in the room is the reason the air con is not cooling off the room but the lights was off from 10pm? I think for a 4 star hotel it is not acceptable. It was cooler in the hallways!!!
