Empangeni DLTC renewal of drivers license

I went to Empangeni DLTC centre early today, stood in the queue to renew my drivers licence. We were told its open now by the secuirty guard at 7h50. As i get to D2 office the lady says to me 'let me see your documents,' i hand it to her and tell her i have not yet added the green form. She repeats rudely 'i said let me see your documents'. I then kept quiet. She says to me that she needs something with prove for my PO BoX number. I told her okay I'll have to get it. She then tells me BUT take a green form and go stand in the queue if they chase you away dont say i didnt tell you so. I asked her if its necessary to speak to me like that, why is she being rude to me. This happens while a traffic officers stands there, he turns and walks out. She said where am i being rude,calling the traffic officer who was there, he didn't come back. I told her after saying i have to fetch prove she then says i must stand in the queue but if they chase me away i mustnt say she didnt tell me so. I asked her what her name was, she ignored, i asked again she said Ziyanda. She then said take a green form and stand in the queue and apologises for being rude.

I left this place without even completing my renewal because of rude staff members. Its a service provided to people, but the people whom work there make it unpleasant and is so rude.
