Poor service at Empangeni Auto Renovators

I am disappointed with the service I'm getting at Empangeni Auto Renovators regarding my car that Auto and general towed to them on the 18th of September for fixing, Auto and general completed the financial authorization on the 2nd of October but up until today the vehicle has not been touched, I'm not even getting any communication from my service adviser miss Faith, the only time she tries to explain is when I go there myself to find out what's the hold up..... Their service is very poor and dissatisfiying. I'm utterly disgusted by the way miss Faith is handling my complaint.
