Extremely Poor Service From Empangeni Auto Renovators

My car was towed on the 14th of August 2023 and the insurance approved the claim on the 28th of August 2023. I called service advisor (Faith) on the 1st of September 2023 which was three days after the claim was approved. She had no idea that the insurance had already approved the claim. It took them three weeks to start repairing the car after the claim was approved. To say lack of communication is an understatement. There was no communication from her (Faith) I had to call her in order to get feedback. Sometimes I couldn't get hold of her and she would never even bother to return my call. Empangeni Auto Renovators clearly hired *********** service advisors, who don't even understand how to keep good communication with customers. I have also noticed that she wouldn't say "I don't know" if she doesn't about something instead she would lie and this one time I had information about the report from VW and I had to tell her to her face to stop lying because I already have the report from VM. She was so shocked, and blamed VW for sharing information with me. My advice to you, if your insurance wants to take your car to Empangeni Auto Renovators, refuse that option and suggest a different panel beater.
