Empangeni Auto Renovators with Budget Insurance horrible service providers!!!

Empangeni Auto Renovators horrible service provider in association with budget insurance. I have an accident on the 2nd of February 2025 claim no. ***AD01 from Zululand, my car was towed to Empangeni Auto Renovators with Horrible service. I have been specific and ask numerous times to return my car back to the address that reflect in my insurance profile and they're asking me to drive pass the same place where an accident happened collecting my car. it has been 2 months without my car and nobody cares !please intervene Peter
