A disappointed customer

I am writing this based on the experience I got at Food by Empact group, Kingsmead Durban branch. The service is not of quality, it takes very long to get your order and some of the staff is actually rude and rather does not provide assistance. They have some of attitude. Imagine being on a 20-minute break but having to wait 22 minutes for your order. What an inconvenience. I have tried to give this branch countless chances and there is little to no change.
