Extremely bad service

Worst service ever.My daughter was admitted with severe gastro late afternoon Early evening yesterday and had to wait till after 21H00 for her medication as the day staff did not inform the night staff of the prescription which was given to Her by Dr Kruger which they placed ln her file. Today he

drup finished at 14h0 and she had to wait till 20h30 for some one to deem it necessary to change her drip. I feel this is absolutely disgusting service rovided from a Private hospital and it's notasifthry will not get paid as she does have a medical aid. Remember your best adverti*****t is word of mouth but with such ****py service I will not have anything good to say about this hospital and will definitely not recommend it to any of my friends or family.
