Worst spa experience!!!

Worst spa experience! My husband booked a pregnancy spa treatment for me at Emoya. I have been there before and expected the 5 star spa treatment they claim, also being 35 weeks pregnant I was in dire need of some pampering. The the****** that was allocated to me knew nothing about pregnancy let alone what position to let me lie in etc. Very uncomfortable experience plus the whole treatment cession was so rushed. I took photos of my heals after the pedi, what a joke, this was the main reason I went as I cant reach my feet anymore! But wait it gets better! I was told that there is lunch for me: an already dished up plate of last weeks food that was warmed up, spicy chicken and cut up left over meat! I just left the plate like that and left. No one even phoned and asked why I just left or anything. Pathetic. Emoya should sell packages they cant cater for and get proper the******s!!!
