Not a luxury hotel at all

The place is very old. Untidy and has a bad smell not exactly what you see on the advert online. They really need to work on their staff. The lady at the reception was not very neat and also on the shebeen it is very dirty I could not drink from the glass they offered me. I was even afraid to go to the rooms from the way things seemed on the outside and reception. If you are going to call yourselves a luxury hotel please uphold the standard. Your staff is very rude to people and they treat people according to their skin color. The service we received was different from the foreign Whites at the range.
