UNPROFESSIONAL..... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Totally unprofessional. Was given a voucher from family as a gift from hyperli for Emotion Studio Family photoshoot. the voucher states that you get a 60 min professional in studio family photoshoot for up to four with a bonus canvas voucher. my family and i got for the photoshoot and spend 45min there TAKING THE PICTURES AND then when it comes to selecting your pictures they advise you get 10 digital pictures and you have to buy a canvas from them staring from R350 for a smaaaaall canvas or you will not get anything. which is ***** because no where on the voucher does it state you have to buy a canvas. the guy there is also totally rude and its either his way or no way. so i told him to keep his stuff because you buy the voucher for R199 (special) then you must pay again after the shoot for the canvas or nothing. i done 4 photo shoots with other companies starting from R350 on specials and they were fantastic and what you paid for that stated on the voucher you get. this emotion studio is unprofessional and looks to take more money from there clients.
