we have payed in FULL for car and we don't have it

I made a deposit on September 25, 2014 to Emotion Car Dealership in Ferndale, Randburg for a vehicle. They delivered the car on October 2, 2014 at 16:00. I returned the car Monday October 6, 2014 with a knocking noise in the engine. Emotion Cars said the noise was a oil pump failure and that the car had ruined bearings so they instructed the mechanic, whom is on the same premises, to strip the car and see what's wrong. I only drove approximately 35KM with the car. I asked them to give me a quote to redo the engine so that it is done properly. They gave me a quote on Tuesday October 14, 2014. Brandon told me the cost to fix the bearings on the engine and that he would contribute that to the repair. I bought a new motor on October 22, 2014 and delivered it to Emotion Cars. I got the car the first week in December of 2014 where Brandon told me that his contribution to the cost of the repairs is for putting in the new engine. A complete contradiction to what he has originally told me it would be for. I drove for approximately 10KM when the gearbox started to shutter. I took it back the sameday. It's now 7 months later and we still don't have our car!! It's been excuse after excuse!
