Bad service- waiting for repairs to glasses.

got eyes tested and chose a frame which broke for no reason after a couple of months.frame was replaced and the exact same thing happened. we were advised to choose a new frame and it would take 3-4 days to fit lenses into the new frame.after 2 days we phoned and were told it will take 10 WORKING DAYS to do the exact same thing we were told will take 3-4 day. be straight from the get go.this is someone's eye sight we are talking about
