Super Service Received from Avesh Tilakdari

I booked my car for a 90,000km major service last week with Suzuki Durban - Emond Auto. I was slightly concerned as my vehicle was nearing 100,000km and nearing the end of the warranty period. I wanted the car to be thoroughly inspected to ensure that it is running at a safe and efficient level. Avesh Tilakdari was my service advisor. He was very polite, professional, generous and efficient. He ensured that my service was completed successfully, he also ensured that a thorough bumper to bumper check was carried out. He even went as far as to check my wheel bearings and tightening my shaft mounts. He arranged for a professional driver to test drive the car to ensure that the car was operating at an optimal level. Additional to that, he arranged for the car to be inspected for rust as I am nearing the end of my anti-corrosion warranty. He carefully explained each charge on the service invoice to me and what exactly what parts were changed and which fluids were changed or topped up. My car is now performing at an optimal level and is driving like a new car. I want to thank Avesh for his excellent service and professionalism. I will always use Suzuki Durban - Emond Auto for as long as Avesh it there.
