I have a problem with my back brakes on my Chev utility. The manager Richard said the clips were the wrong way around and needed to be changed over. When I booked the vehicle in, the workshop forman said the clips can only on one way. The mechanic said the clips were bent. The mechanic also told me that the back brakes are not self adjusting. The forman said that they are. Nobody appears to know what is actually wrong with the brakes. I left a message for the manager to contact me 3 days ago, which he has not done. He probably doesn't know what to say to me.
