Broken Key

I took in a broken key and I was promised to be called back the same day about it's progress.After a week they still did not call. When called to inquire about the key I am told that fixing that key just a courtesy. Then I called the reception to speak to someone about the warranty . I spoke to a guy called Andre who was busy coughing on the phone without excusing himself and had a condescending attitude on the phone. The service at Emond is very poor and the after sale is even worse. This was my first and last Chevrolet car. I WILL STICK TO MY STRONG RELIABLE VW WHICH NEVER GAVE SUCH PROBLEMS AND DEALER ALWAYS GAVE BEST SERVICE !!!
