***** - Since October 2018 they took 10 installments from my aging mom's account. Last year November they promised that the "computer problem" was fixed. It is February 2019 and they have deducted 4 installments from my mom's account. I CALL THIS THEFT!

They cannot be reached via telephone....voicemail over and over again.
