excellent Support

I struggled with my Janome over locker with lower loop thread snapping after every few seconds of sewing. It continued for a few days, but no success. This was really frustrating. I than phoned Emmerantia at *** for advice and she told me I may phone her when I have the time and if I am seated in front of the over locker no matter if it will be in the evening because I phoned her from work.<br> I phoned her at 18:00 and she said she will phone me back and she did and she guided me with the threading step by step and while doing this I could identify my mistake and she gave other advice for easier threading.<br> <br> Thank you Emmerantia <br> <br> Mrs Charmaine de wet (Western cape)
