Emirate shocker

We have been in Dubai Airport since 10am today. The flight has continously being g delayed each time by about half an hour. No explanation was given and it's now 5pm here. I found staff unhelpful and not forthcoming. It's been a nightmare here with no help given. Please see my post yesterday with regard to our experiences. One thing for sure I'm never coming back here, and would urge you to do the same. This entire trip has been very unpleasant so far thanks to emirates airline, the Dubai Airport, and Travelstart, a better name for then should be travelstop. No one from the above have bothered to get back to us as yet and us and many of the passengers are upset, and there have now been vocal arguments at the gate, in my personal view other airlines and booking agents deserve our patronage
