Owner swearing at customers

I booked at this lodge a day before my check in. When I got there there rooms were not cleaned and the place was dirty. I requested to see other rooms but they were not within the private space.I decided to cancel my 2 day booking, when they refused with my money I called the owner she sounded drunk and swore at me saying no one forced me to book. She said she does not have the money and I must wait for Monday, I requested a copy of the accommodation policy and she does not even have it. I recorded the call as I called she started insulting me.
