Emma Sleep - Worst Customer Service ever

Customer service does not exist in this company

I placed an order for a mattress on 22nd August 2023 After 4 weeks , no delivery. Phoned in and they said it should arrive within 2 weeks. Phone again after the 2 weeks - no I need to wait another 2 weeks

2nd Week on October I phone again, their response is , "Sorry we lost the package". Nobody would bother to phone me to update me , nothing So we place the order again, need to wait 2 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks go by no delivery. Phone their office again to checkup and Im told it will be delivered within 2 weeks 2 Weeks later, get e-mail order has been delivered, but no delivery

Phone there offices again and explain no delivery. The place a new order again, This is now the 2nd week of November and I'm promised it will be delivered with in 2 to 3 weeks 3 weeks goes by, no delivery, I phone them and Im told 1 to 2 weeks for delivery

There is no urgency or care about customers inconvenience , Im just told I have to wait and sorry

Will never ever order from them` again and sharing with everyone i know also not to order from them 3 weeks later
