****. Just like everyone else here, paid R4900 for puppy and transport, then suddenly asked to pay another R9600 while puppy was supposedly at airport. Conveniently enough no one was able to send a picture of the puppy at the airport or answer their phone afterwards when we wanted to ask for a refund.
