Emjay Retail Services is Useless

just nowNEW I bought a Samsung Smart TV and a 5-year warranty for it in 2019 from Makro. The TV stopped functioning and Emjay Retail Services collected it for repairs on 13 September 2021. Emjay Retail Services blamed me for negligence and said they would not repair the TV. As of 27 February 2022, the TV has not been returned to me so I have not had a TV for 6 months. You get 1 star for collecting my TV.
