Dishonest

I had originally booked accommodation with Cheryl from Emitem in July 2015 and I had paid for 3 nights accommodaton in full. before my arrival in Plett I was advised that she had a problem with my original booking and she asked me if I would be willing to stay at her guest House and then move to the apartment at first I was not keen as I did not want to be moving from one to the other. this was communciated to me by somebody else and not the owner until much later I agreed to stay the one night at Emitem Guesthouse and then move to the apartment. Cheryl offered me an additional night for the inconvience or to refund me because she had messed up. on arrival at the Guest house on the 5th January 2016 I was shocked and disgusted at the condition and the living facilities of this guest house as well as the apartment which she took me to see. we walked in and we walked out, I told the owner that I will not be staying and that I was willing to give her 50% of the amount paid and that she should refund me 50% she agreed to date she has refused to do so she says she did not mess up the booking. this is a very dishonest person her guest house is of bad quality.
