poor quality work and empty promises

This Business is delivering poor quality work and if you want them to fix it they promise to come and deliver new products but then never comes.

they are a signage company but don't deliver. the owner's name is Emmanuel.

and I actually requested a refund and collection of his goods, but he does not even communicate with me.
