Want a refund unnecessary charges

Had a bad experience with emerates , before boarding they charged me 176 pounds and said the pkt I had was too big they were not helpfull at all they just demanded I pay or leave my toys that were in the bag I want a refund and the airhostess was pouring water in my cup for coffee she burned me in my hands pls advice it was on Tuesday 8 August at 10 pm and the ground personal refuse to give me there names , I want a refund I could not nakeca scene it was already late firvtye flight I'm very dissapointed I had no card I had to call a niece to make payment it was very uncomfortable
