victomised at check in

I was supposed to board a flight to Malaysia on Thursdsy 30 April. At check in the lady first told me that a couldnt board because i didnt have a copy of my work permit application. I gave her n copy of my work contract. When this was sorted out she said my pasport is damaged. I told her that i used the same pasport to go to Malaysia three weeks before without problems. They refused to let me make the flight. Because of this i lost R100 000 in income!!! As i got to home affairs to apply for a new pasport i was told that my pasport was NOT damaged and that i now had to pay double to order a new one becausrmy recent one is still valid. All this was unnececary! I
