Very dissapointed with Emirates and their Sywards

We travelled on Emirates a few times and earned some miles which can be used at their Emirates High Street shop. We don't have enough miles to upgrade our flights so wanted to use them to get one of the other products they offer. They say that it is possible to get the goods at the Dubai airport but when you try and order nothing can be collected at the Dubai Airport, only alcohol. What if you do not drink alcohol ? I have sent numerous email queries and no one is willing to assist us so that we can get something other than alcohol at Dubai airport. This is very disappointing we requested if the goods to be couriered to the emirates offices at the airport and they don't respond to that question just recommend we get alcohol. They wont even give you Dubai duty free vouchers to use your miles, once again vouchers can only be used for alcohol. Very disappointed.
