Unhappy client feeling **********!

I have purchased business class flexi plus tickets from Bali to Cape Town. With this ticket option you have the flexibility (or so it is claimed) to change your flights and or seats. I have tried to change my flights AND my seats, called the call centre only to be told that neither option is possible. I now have TWO lengthy layovers (9.75 hours in DBX + 9 hours in JHB) and I cannot change any flight to have a shorter layover.

And here comes the BEST part! Both my husband and I have been assigned seats NEXT to infants but the infants parent does not have a seat next to them and yet WE CANNOT change our seats to free up a seat for the parent of an infant.

Also, on the 2nd connecting flight we cannot even change seats to sit next to each other. It is ridiculous.

I have always loved Emirates but why sell the flexi plus option if you cannot deliver on your promises? Feeling **********. #unhappyclient
