Unacceptable

Shocking, after a week of requesting a group booking the ZA group company response with, "Regrettably we are unable to accommodate this group due to winter peak season as well as school holidays’ travels. Please book these seats online and/or with our reservations call centre colleagues as independent travellers bookings."

So does this mean that all travel agents will also not be able to book groups. Why then advertise on your website that groups bigger than 9pax should complete a group booking form.

For a regular client wanting to book a group of 19 this is unacceptable
