UNABLE TO REBOOK

Heloopeter I am very upset with Emirates airlines I have booked with them From Johannesburg to Manchester due to corona virus i am unable to travel today i went to their offices in Durban after trying to contact them with no luck. only to find that they said i checked in online which i didnt and they said they wont be able to offload me. I went online yesterday where it says i can change bookings anytime the page went blank. I now cant risk my life travelling due to corona exposure. I needed to rebook to the 11th of June to 3 July 2020. My money just went to drain. My reference no. is BJ4X5J Ticket No. ***
