Traveling experience

Worst traveling Experience 2016 to Australia ........Re Worst ever traveling experience/first time flying with Emirates (Supposed to be the no 1 Airway’s)Passenger’s involved traveling as a group on flight EK766 & EK434M Brits ticket no ********** 771819-20 (Sender)A j Brits no ********** 771821-22J A De Klerk no ********** ********** . Flight EK766 start off with a delay by - 1.5 Hrs2. With our arrival at Dubai airport we had to rush to get to gate B 19 on the far end of the terminal. We all not young any more mother in law 77 years of age, never mind arriving at gate officials a male and female refuse us boarding due to the gates closed, after we try to explain that flight EK766 was delayed and not our fault. After a phone call they allow us to pass, the female instructed us in a rude manner to hurry up because the flight cannot be further delayed. I ask her how can she be so rude telling us to hurry up, after they and their employer emirates was causing the delay’s, then the male official threatened us by not allowing us on flight Ek434 but will re direct us on a later flight to our destination if we don’t adhere to their instructions. After all threads and rude treatment they allow us to proceed with boarding to the wrong seat’s not what we booked online, on board we still wait for more passengers also delayed by flight Ek766During flight Ek434 I went to the toilet, when I exit 2 hostesses ask me if I was smoking in the toilet I explain to them that I’m a none smoker, it looks like they don’t believe me and I told them I’m available for a personal search, I also explain to them that there was a woman inside just before me, and I didn’t smell any smoke when I enter maybe she used an electronic cigarette. After about half an hour after I’m seated a mail crew member came up to me asking in front of other passengers, my wife and mother in law if I’m sure I’m not a smoker, myself and my embarrassing wife gave positive confirmation, I couldn’t believe the person’s arrogance ,I was shocked so my companions.Just before we land at Brisbane we were informed by a crew member that our luggage was left at Dubai and that we shall only receive it the following day, that means that we shall worn the same clothes for a third day, another nightmare but we need to live with it.Trouble don’t come to an end, with the delivery of our luggage the next day it was found that 2 of the bags was damaged, wheel broken off, locking device damaged, scratches and some of the leather torn. We have noted it on the waybill with the6 courier guy.Hope we don’t went thru all thus trauma again with our return flights to Johannesburg, we also considering not making use of Emirates services in future!!Please forward me procedures to do baggage damage claims.RegardsMartin Brits. Please forward any correspondence to ********** (no contact no available while I’m in Australia)
